About Ittai The Growth Guy

“I help you close the gap between your identity and your income.”

Hi, I’m Ittai!

My name is Itai Chadoka. Online, I go by Ittai.

I was born in Zimbabwe. I grew up in a culture where your name carried your identity — and mine has always been a point of both pride and confusion for people who encounter it for the first time.

The Origin Story

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe — a country that taught me resilience, faith, and the power of community before I even knew those were things worth having. I came to the UK driven by the same thing that drives most people who cross oceans: the belief that a better life was possible.

For years, I chased income as the answer. I learnt to trade Forex. I built programs. I coached others. I pursued every opportunity that looked like it might be the one. And some of it worked — on the surface.

But something was always missing. The results didn’t feel like mine. The life I was building didn’t feel like me.

The turning point came when I stopped asking “what should I do?” and started asking “who am I?” Everything — the business, the income, the impact — changed when I started doing the identity work first.

“Know yourself first. Everything else is tactics.”

What I am Building Now

Ittaichadoka.com is the HQ for everything Ittai The Growth Guy — a personal transformation and wealth-building brand serving ambitious 25–40 year olds who are ready to close the gap between who they are and how they earn.

The KLP Framework is my unique methodology based on my core philosophy. The Self-Assessment is the entry point for anyone that’s new to my work. And the community, courses, and coaching being built around it are the ongoing work.

Ittai is also the co-founder of GLM International (God Life Ministries) — a faith community where the values of identity, growth, and service are lived, not just taught.

Faith, Family, and the Bigger Picture

Ittai’s work is grounded in faith — not as a tagline, but as the foundation of how he sees identity, purpose, and wealth. He is a husband and father, and his family is both his “why” and his accountability. The growth he teaches is the same growth he lives.
